Meet Najla Wehbe Dipp – a successful real estate agent, success coach, and accomplished professional. With over five years of experience in real estate, Najla has received numerous accolades for her outstanding work. Najla is an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in Business Administration and has extensive expertise in leadership, public speaking, coaching, sales, marketing, and public relations. Born and raised in Mexico to Lebanese parents, Najla is fluent in both Spanish and English and has basic Italian language skills. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of living in San Diego, CA, in 2013. As a military wife, mother of two children, and a happy dog owner, Najla knows the importance of family and community.
Najla is dedicated to helping her clients make one of the most important decisions in their lifetime – buying or selling a house. For Najla Wehbe Dipp, like many real estate agents across the state, it has meant using apps like Zoom and WhatsApp to guide buyers virtually through dozens of properties because open houses are not allowed. Potential buyers were able to view the homes without breaking quarantine or violating social distance protocols.

Najla Wehbe Dipp, who served on the Tijuana city council from 2010 to 2013 and now lives in San Diego as a Realtor, said doubling the minimum wage should help workers, “especially everyone who works in sectors like agriculture because that’s where people get paid the least.”
